Just like you, every order is unique. Delivery costs can vary depending on the size, weight and the destination of your chosen item(s).
Being a small team, we aim to dispatch / post smaller orders within 3 working days. But with regards to furniture, we are unable to offer a nationwide delivery option.
Therefore, we would ask you to contact us prior to purchase, to discuss delivery options. If you wish, you can always organise your own delivery via courier. This will tend to be a door-to-door service. Please note that quotes for larger bulkier items, such as furniture, most couriers will assume that it is a ground floor delivery unless told otherwise. Any delivery quotes may be adjusted to account for destinations on the first floor and above.
For furniture purchases, please check that it can pass freely through doors and corridors and have space to turn. If you would like to check the dimensions of any item, please feel free to contact our team who will be happy to assist you in your enquiry.
Interestingly Different and Nickel Support is not liable for any damage caused in transit by third party courier companies and any claims will need to be made with said courier.
If you are lucky enough to live close by, you can take advantage of our local delivery service (charges may apply) or you are very welcome to collect your item from our Carshalton shop.
As many of our products are pre-loved some items will come with the usual minor wear and tear you would expect. We make every effort to give an accurate description of our items and show any defects.
We also encourage customers to check the measurements before buying to ensure the item will fit.
If for some reason you are unhappy with the product and wish to return it please contact us within 14 days. Items must be returned packaged as they were sent to avoid any damage in transit. Unfortunately Shipping and handling fees are not refundable nor can we pay return costs unless there has been an error on our part.
Once we receive the item back and are happy that the condition is as sold, a full refund can be issued. We will aim to process the refund within 2 working days.
If an item is received damaged due to rough delivery, we are not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company.
Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. If the purchase was made via credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same account.
Payments can be made over the phone by BACS transfer using debit or credit card. We accept credit cards from: American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. If you come into our shop and purchase an item directly then you can pay in cash or BACS transfer.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards thorough our card reader. We use Worldpay to processes the card details on our behalf via its secure site. All transactions will be made in £ GBP sterling, and as the Buyer, you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
We do not store the credit card details for any of our customers – we use a third-party payment gateway to help ensure the highest level of security for our customers.
